Why are we in Afghanistan and Iraq? What will we gain from any of these wars? The United States economy is horrible and is in much need of reconstruction, and still we spend billions of dollars on pointless war. If we do not succeed in these wars what will be lost. I believe that we lost enough young people in war for no good reason. My brother is going to be sent back to Iraq for the second time and there is no guarantee he will come back.
